A beginners workshop

Learn the basic fundamental isolations and steps of the age old art of Middle Eastern dance. Yemaya will guide you through a gentle warm-up and then help you to connect to body awareness by teaching isolations of the torso, hips, and some traveling steps "to get you where you want to go". 

This is the perfect workshop for anyone who has ever been curious about bellydance, and for dancers of any level who would like a thorough review of the basics.
